2023 Summer Pandemic EBT
The Summer Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (Summer P-EBT) Program provides funds for eligible children to access food. In Summer 2023, each eligible child will receive a benefit of $120.
There is no application. Children are eligible if they:
Were certified as eligible* for FREE or REDUCED PRICE school meals during the 2022-23 School Year by the last day of the 2022-23 School Year
Attended a school that operates one of the following National School Lunch Program options that provide meals at no cost to all students: Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), Provision 1, or Provision 2
*Either through an application process or as a result of direct certification with other benefits programs, including the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly food stamps) or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF, or cash assistance)
Submit a School Meal Application to your child’s school before the last day of the 2022-23 School Year. If they’re eligible for Free or Reduced Price meals, they will automatically be linked to Summer P-EBT in 2023.
