Each asset (equipment, vehicles, major renovations, etc) of $5,000 or more can only be funded if three examples of estimated cost are submitted. These three quotes should each be from a separate vendor/supplier. They can be scans, PDFs or screenshots of cost estimates from separate companies, or even screenshots of cost estimates from separate stores. For example if you are wishing to purchase a reach in fridge for more than $5,000, you can go to three different organizations online, and screenshot one reach-in model, & it's price, from each (ex.
